Hello my fellow mind geeks! You know I am a strong believer that each one of us can be a leader and for some time now, I wanted to write about this very interesting subject and I did not know how to make a start.

Then a few days ago, I was in beautiful Budapest having a nice peaceful walk next to Danube and as I was walking, I saw a few old couples walking holding each other hands, speaking to each other and appreciating the beauty of the city. That image was very special for me and made me think how beautiful it is to having someone next to you and share special moments with that person.
Having these thoughts, I continue for a few minutes and then a group of young friends passed in front of me and asked me to take a picture of them. And of course I never say no to any such opportunities! After a minute, they had a nice picture in their cellphone in front of the Parliament and on Danube, some of the most significant attractions of the city.
However, none of those people actually sees the beauty of the attractions they were only seeing the pictures on their smartphones. They thanking me, said good-bye, and continued. They were so happy with just a photo that they could barely see the attraction of the city they were standing in for a minute and never appreciated.
After a few hours, I was in the Citadel sitting on a bench enjoying the splendid view and thinking why people do not appreciate and have some moments of silence in order to see the view. I caught myself wandering did we actually have place smartphones as a priority in our live? Then I remembered a few weeks before leaving for my trip I had seen a beautiful interview of Simon Sinek about the Millennials. Simon was one of those that inspired me to start this blog and I believe that what he is saying in this video explains a lot of the behavior of young people.
In the following video Simon Sinek will talk “How to Get People to Follow You” on Inside Quest channel. In this excellent interview Simon tries with simple words to explain what is leadership, how to lead with courage and he even found a magnificent way to explain why millennials are having troubles with leadership skills.
Something that you don’t know about me is that I belong to the millennial generation and I agree 100% with Simon. For those who are not familiar with millennials; they are those people born after 1980. Please see the video and if you disagree with what he said in his interview its ok, but if you agree let’s make some impact on our families.
That’s it for today guys. Have a beautiful day or night!
In the mind time,
“Remember, we are all unique!”
