Word Link Game

Hello, my fellow mind geeks! Today we will play the first of our many games that will be presented in this blog. It is a very easy game that all children can play in order to replace smartphones or tablets or computers with games that have a hands-on approach.

The Purpose of the game is to emphasize the importance of listening, and is easy to follow directions.

Time required for each word: 20 minutes

THE EXERCISE IN ACTION:

Please ask from the leader of the group to write all the words that you came up with, in the 20-minute time-span (take a picture and sent it to me). You will be amazed to see how many unique related words children can find in only 20 minutes.

Outcomes of this game:

1. Improvement of brain’s processing speed

2. Improvement of memorization skills

3. Improvement of team working skills

4. Teaching kids the power of respect - respecting
